Where does the data come from?
We scrape directly from Secretary of State portals, county court systems, and domain registrar feeds — not from third-party aggregators. You're getting data as close to the source as possible.
How fresh is the data?
Scrapers run every Monday at 06:00 UTC. Leads are typically 3–7 days old when they appear in your dashboard — meaningfully ahead of most aggregators which lag 2–4 weeks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but cancel at the end of the annual term.
What format is the data in?
All leads are available as CSV export from the dashboard. We also send a weekly email digest with a summary. API access is on the roadmap for Q3 2025.
Do you cover my state / county?
LLC filings cover all 50 states. Foreclosure coverage spans 200+ counties across the highest-volume markets. Reach out before subscribing and we'll confirm coverage.
